Setelah Lenovo mengumumkan laptop terbaru Lenovo Yoga 2, Sony pun mengumumkan laptop terbaru keluaran Sony yang melengkapi daftar keluarga laptop Sony Vaio Fit.
Sony rupanya belajar dari kesalahan Lenovo dalam merancang Lenovo Yoga generasi pertama yang desainnya menuai banyak kritikan. Laptop terbaru Sony Vaio Fit sekalipun keyboardnya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari layar namun keyboard tersebut bisa disembunyikan di balik layar laptop tersebut.
Laptop terbaru Sony Vaio Fit sendiri tersedia dalam tiga ukuran yaitu 13, 14 dan 15 inch, masing-masing dari laptop tersebut menggunakan layar sentuh IPS dengan teknologi TRILUMINOS.
